All refunds for payment are to be requested via the Hunters branch you have paid and not through Worldpay.
If a refund is due we will only refund once cleared funds have been received from Worldpay and once it has been agreed by the relevant Hunters branch that a refund is due to you.

Please note that all transactions take approximately 3-5 working days to clear our account and until all funds are cleared no refunds can be made.
